No more diapers. No more toddlers swimming in the toilet. Life is fairly simple again. Thank Goddess, I'm getting too old for running after toddlers, and starting to feel my age. Ed checks out his room, which has been decorated and waiting for him. Course he's too young to see the signifcance of having the same bed that I grew up in. He just sees it as an old hand-me-down.

Edna likes her hand-me-down even less, and I can't really blame her. Grandma has some great attachment to that bed since it was hers. I know she means no harm but doesn't seem to realize that her popping in to say hi scares the heck out of the kids.

Molly heads off to Sim State Dorm to begin life as a freshman. One down, 400 to go. Ok I'm exagerating a lil bit. But some days it FEELS like there's that many people crowded into this house.

Elena has grown into a beautiful child. Sooo many kids, TOO many kids, but all the chaos is worth it to finally have my son. I'm so thankful dad is still around, he's a great help with the kids. He even retired so he can watch the kids and avoid hiring a nanny.

Molly has grown into an extraordinary teen. She's a bit fixated on money for her age, but guess she comes by it rightfully.

Ed and Edna are growing quickly. Dad just dotes on Ed, he's overjoyed that we'd finally had a boy. I kinda figured the newness would wear off but dad is still just as ecstatic as the day Ed was born. Lorena is thrilled that the pressure for more kids is off and she can concentrate on her career now.

The baby came! and it's a girl < sigh > I love my daughters dearly, but I'm beginning to think the Workman name will end with me. Guess I'll need to let dad make grandma's fertility cheesecake. She's going to catch on if she keeps having twins after twins after twins. Dad is really getting worried about our family line as well. Oh, I think I hear dad in the kitchen. I'd best go help so I can learn grandma's secret recipe. Dad's not getting any younger...

The twins are getting bigger. We decided to build another addition since Lorena is pregnant again. Not to mention that I'm determined to keep trying til we have a boy. Doesn't help much that dad keeps dressing my girls in boy's clothes. I got the hint already.

We Celebrated dad's birthday with fleurish. Lorena offered to bake him a cake. Dad grumbled he'd rather have grandma's cheesecake. Lorena agreed, not knowing the effect it would have on her. I talked dad out of it. I mean, how would it look?

Dad hauled out grandma's secret recipe for fertility cheesecake. Guess he figured it would increase the odds of getting a boy. He was wrong. The twins were both girls and I love them just the same. We named them Celeste and Clara.

The strangest thing happened when I got home from work today. The Grim Reaper appeared with TWO hula girls! What in the world? Grandma went willingly, with a suitcase packed, like she was just headed on vacation. Hope I'm that brave when he comes for me. Grandma seemed ok with it, until she looked over her shoulder just as she disappeared. Some old guy had been passing by, he rushed to her pretty gold head stone and started weeping. Come to think of it, he did look familiar.

WOOHOO! Finished college and got a HUGE surprise. Professor Larson said that since I was no longer a student, it wouldn't be inappropriate and gave me a lip lock that I'll never forget! We had a whirl wind romance and got married just a few months after I graduated.

One of my professors is very young. She almost looks like she's my age. Wonder if she's some brainiac and skipped high school. She's always offering me extra tutoring, even though I get straight A's. She's never made any real advances towards me, but I'm starting to think it's more than tutoring that she is offering. |

I've made it to my teens years. College decisions, studying, acne, ugh! Somehow I thought being a teen would be much cooler. Can't wait until I'm an adult. I'm hoping to head for college at the end of summer. Dad says that even though money grows on trees I still need a couple of scholarships first. My best friend Derek and I were accepted at the same college. Hope we get the same dorm, that would be awesome! Hmm, just ran to answer the door, thought maybe it was Derek. It was some old guy for grandma. She blushed and did a little primping when she saw who it was. Grandma has a boyfriend??
