1694

Allen and Allena appear to be growing at the same rate as our, uh, human children. Other than their skin and eyes, they aren't much different in fact. And this is said from someone who has changed their diapers .... many times.

1693

Marsha and Marshall are ready to start school. My little brother, Zach, graduates from college this year. He's planning to travel to the Far East before returning from college. I wish I'd had that opportunity. Remington and I have been discussing a camping trip to the mountains, but we think it is best to wait until all the children are out of diapers.

1691

Allen and Allena grew up. They just get weirder looking as they get older. It's all just SO surreal!

Gene and Alec have started high school. I swear those boys are suddenly at each other's throats. I tell them they are just TOO alike, but they don't want to hear that.

My nephew, Gustav, graduated from college. Makes me feel sooo old.

1690

Marsha and Marshall have begun to crawl. I must say that it's a relief. With 4 babies in the house, it didn't leave much time for sleeping, let alone other things. I'm waiting to see what exactly the alien things will become. They should grow up next year if their aging is the same as ours (always doubtful with uncharted waters).

I have a new little brother! It's even been in all the papers since he was the 100th resident. Michelle acourse takes offense to the publicity but I think it's astounding. What a welcome to the world for little William.

1688

Two green things came out of Remington. He was speechless, so I named the things Alien and Aliena. After Remington recovered, he said it was just cruel to name them that and changed the i's to l. Though I do sometimes still pronounce the girl's name (i think it's a girl anyways) as Ally-enna. I think it sounds pretty.

I'm debating if they should be included in my family tree. Technically they aren't MY kin, but it seems petty to not include them. They are starting to grow on me. They're pretty cute for little blobs of green flesh. I think I'll leave the family tree thing up to dad.

And what is up with the twin thing?? I'm starting to think maybe there is something in the water in this town. There's an unusually large number of twins born here. No more tap water for me!

1687

I had more twins! A boy and a girl, that we named Marshall and Marsha. They are soo adorable, they both have my mother's eyes, as do Alec and Gene as well.

OMG! Did you notice Remington in that picture? No, he's not just fat, that's what we thought at first too. I have no clue what those freaky aliens did to my poor Remy, but I swear he is pregnant! You can feel the ... well, IT kick and move around. He's gone all maternal on me UGH! No telling what's going to come out (or HOW it will come out). He does actually glow, if it wasn't like something out of a bad science fiction movie, it would be cute!

1685

Poor Remington got abducted again while trying to gain some logic for his next promotion. But great news! I'm pregnant! Remington made a cheesecake to celebrate. It's amazing I can fit through the door with all the cheesecake he's fed me. Remington must have caught the flu. I've heard there's been something going around lately.

1684

The boys had a serious growth spurt this year. Guess it's time to send them to school. I miss having little ones around the house.

1681

The boys are getting big. Remington has been working to 'perfect' his cheesecake recipe and is always wanting me to try some. I swear he's almost as obsessed as those grilled cheese sims I've heard rumors about. We still haven't managed to get pregnant. I had a pond dug in the back to give Remington a new hobby besides cooking. He had tried astronomy but he managed to get abducted by aliens.

1678

Imagine my shock when I had twins! Oddly enough, Remington didn't seem too surprised. We named them Alec and Gene. Remington wants a large family and we started trying for another baby right away, but we haven't been very successful. Now I know how Michele feels.

1676

Remington proposed! I said yes of course. Between his own old fashioned values about mixing 'classes' and Michele's stupid attitude, I never thought he would ask me. I've tried to broach the subject but he always refused to discuss it. We didn't have a wedding ceremony. I didn't want to give him time to change his mind. Remington has been working on his cooking skill. He's so proud of his cheesecake recipe there's always some sitting on the counter to tempt me.

1674

Grandpa died. The funeral was really quite awkward. Michele refused to speak to anyone, even me. Jonathon said that Michele has been feeling quite frustrated lately. She's wanting to have children right away, but he doesn't want her to rush into it. I finally got to see Zach. What a horrible sister I am, been so busy with my own life that I haven't been over to dad's to see the baby.

1673

Remington finally moved in. I brought a really neat bookcase home from work for him. It even has books to learn body and charisma skills. He loves kids and went to work for Disney. At first he was just cleaning the stores, but after some studying, he was quickly promoted.

1671

I had a cute little house built after graduation. I asked Remington to move in with me. At first he refused, saying that he was just a lowly cleaning man and had nothing to offer me. I told him that I could help him with his studies, if he liked, so that he could have any job he wanted.

1669

Michele got married. She wouldn't even invite dad, that's so cold. School is going well. Remington and I have become good friends. We often hang out after he finishes his work if I don't have class. He's so sweet and not at all bitter about the hand life has dealt him.

1668

Michele is still on the war path about dad and Kaylynn. Sometimes she is such a snob. There's a young man that cleans our dorms. He looks so sad sometimes. I asked him about it one day and he seemed surprised that I was speaking to him. He couldn't afford to go to college, so he reads some of the text books that students leave laying out.

1667

College life is wonderful. Not that dad's was bad or anything, but there's nothing like being on my own. There's some great kids here in the dorm, but it seems like they all already know each other. Guess I'm just too shy to strike up a conversation.
