I noticed something very strange going on with Kaylynn. Her aspiration was a low gold, and job promotions have been few and far between. So I had her ask hubby for a date, which seems to be the easiest way to get a Sim to platinum. She rolled the usual wants to flirt, give back rub, hug, etc. But when I directed her to give her hubby a backrub she gave like a "oh man!" typed sound and hung her head in dispair before giving the back rub. I looked and while grey hair is not a turn off for her, I noticed she no longer has any attraction bolts for Garth now that he's an elder. In the middle of the date, she rolled the want to fall in love with Stone Hafeli! I have never seen a family sim want to fall in love with someone while married to someone else. The really weird thing is, she rolled this want 3 times and shows an unattracted bolt for Stone!
