Karen Padilla

Karen longs for the community of yesteryear and is determined to see Port Riverwalk become the bustling city that it was in her youth. She moved out of the dump she was raised in and bought one of the large empty lots with a view. She was tempted to get a beach lot but shuddered at the thought of Karrie dragging sand in behind her. After she has raised the funds to finish building the new house, she plans to start buying up the vacant community lots and opening them for business again. She refuses to discuss the topic of her MIA husband, not even with his sister. The local authorities figure that until a body shows up, it's none of their business.
