Malcolm gets along with just about everyone. While he had many female friends in college, his heart never strayed from his high school sweetheart. He doesn't have many priorities in his life. He prefers to just take each day as it comes along.

Marsha is thrilled to have a more active role in the community than she normally does. She is torn between working her tail off to make her mark in the neighborhood or just relaxing and enjoying all that life has to offer.
