One bedroom, living room, kitchen, and study is located on the first floor. To keep the house under $20,000 the wall coverings were deleted, as well as the inside area of the back patio. Each room has one wall covering to show which is intended, but feel free to decorate as you'd like.

Two bedrooms and bathroom are located on second floor. Second floor was constructed so that rooms are considered rooms even though located under the roof. Meaning that sims will not freeze in winter, or get too hot in the summer if you have seasons.
