The Founding Families have decided to take advantage of the empty town and each bought a vacant lot to build their dream homes. Some bought large lots, some small lots. Some with a view, some not so much.

1 Bayside Drive - Jason & Mary Allen

Jason went for a decent sized lot and didn't have much money left to build with. He did atleast get the shell erected, though not all rooms have furniture, or walls. Jason fired up the barbecue, literally. This sent Tammy and Donna into aspiration failure. I'm starting off well. Atleast Donna is too young for a visit from the shrink.

2 Bayside Drive - Frank Cunningham

Frank bought a medium sized lot. Most of the walls and windows are in place on the first floor, though unpainted. Furniture is only as needed at this point. Hannah took advantage of having the day off from school to hang out with the paperboy. Karen wanted a dog and Frank wants to have 6 reach top career. So he opted to fish instead of dig until he had enough to buy Cyromil. (Many thanks to JavaJan for that tip!)

3 Bayside Drive - Karen Williams

Karen has a dream. She bought a huge lot, with a gorgeous view. She only had about 6k left so built a bathroom with overhanging 2nd story floor tiles to keep the beds under. This is the first time I've attempted to live on the lawn since getting seasons. I should have just bought them a tent, and probably will on the next rotation. Hannah also chatted up the paper boy. Romance sims are soooo predictable.

4 Bayside Drive - Jacqueline & Norma Sullivan

The Sullivans bought a fairly small lot, but had plenty left to build. All the walls are in place, maybe not painted, but they are there. Each bathroom has a toilet and shower, and no one has to play musical beds like at the Allen household. I had left the normal family dynamics behind with this family. I was hoping that Norma would get a career based LTW but alas that was not my fate, so I may be splitting this family up. I hate to do it, I really do. My sims may fool around, but the divorce rates in my neighborhoods are non-existant.
