I introduced the Limbo lot this rotation. It was an idea I had toyed with last time but never needed to make a decision about it before I lost my neighborhood. Rough year at the Allens. Amelia grew up badly, and it took FIVE cakes with Serena. Everyone kept setting her down, still as a baby, and grabbing a slice of cake. Finally it was just time to grow up, without actually making it to her cake.
Lonely and suffering from empty nest syndrome, Frank asks Norma to bring the boys over for a visit. Jacqueline tags along to act as chaperone. Norma throws caution to the wind, says to hell with the consequences, and gives Frank a tender kiss.
Jacqueline and Norma are at each other's throats. They both realize they can never go back to the way things were, and something has got to give. Frankie and Jackie grow up well, in spite of the break-up. Norma leaves with the kids and dogs in tow.
