| Gustav is carefree and loves life, almost as much as he loves his wife. But he does worry that his father will make unwanted advances on his beautiful bride. His mother seems oblivious to her husband's wanderings, even though she has caught him in the act. Gustav wishes his mother would send Roger packing, but until that unlikely event, he does his best to muster up what he hopes appears to be respect for his father.
| Darlene believes herself to be the luckiest woman in the world. She has a wonderful husband, a beautiful house, dreams for a large family, and a lovely mother-in-law. The only catch is the lecherous Roger. Her skin crawls when she catches him undressing her with his eyes and makes a mental note to be sure to always lock the bathroom door while showering. She does her best to avoid Roger but he seems to turn up around every corner.
