Sizing Policy Sizing has got to be one of my biggest worries. Especially online where you can't drag your kids to a changing booth and force them to try items on (which kids enjoy, I'm sure). I measure each and every article of clothing to make sure it conforms to the following size chart; I have confirmed these measurements by two sources. Please check chart before submitting an order. Better yet, study it, memorize it, and you will be tested on it later.

OK, I'm just joking about being tested but I am serious about double checking measurements. Items will not be refunded due to sizing issues. Measure twice, cut once ... I mean shop once. If anything, I may err on the side of caution and will be within 1/2" larger than stated. This is because kids grow like weeds. Wait a couple of days and have them try it again, it will probably fit. Which leads us to: Refund Policy As stated above, items will not be refunded for sizing issues. I make sure to use quality yarns, keep items away from the kids' feeding troughs, items are bagged and tagged after completion to keep inventory dust free, and I inspect items before sending out orders. Thus said, there should be no reasons for refunds ... in a perfect world right? I am human after all. If you have a flaw or complaint with an item please contact me. Flaws that are my fault will be refunded or replaced when possible. Pricing Policy I try my best to keep prices low. My prices are based solely on cost of yarn and supplies using a ridiculously complicated formula. Sometimes you may see identical items, identical size, but in different colors with a different price. Not all yarns are priced equally, my prices will vary if a more expensive brand of yarn was used. Inventory Policy As much as I would love to make each item in every size possible, in every color available, that just is not feasible. I would have inventory stacked eyeball high through out the house and hubby would banish me to the dog house ... which might be a good thing if it was the only area inventory-free. I try to offer a good variety in size and colors and am willing to take custom orders if you would like different colors, sizes, or styles than what I have in stock. Some clothing is only stocked in certain age groups but can be custom made for any age group, even adult if you want to match your child. Custom Orders I am only one person, please keep this in mind. I will accept up to 3 custom orders in my queue at a time, on a first come first serve basis. My queue will be fully public so you can see which order that I am currently working on. I will post pics to show progress when able. An expected completion date will be posted with each order. You can also keep tabs on me through facebook and Twitter if you so desire. I reserve the right to add items to the bottom of my queue to work on replenishing inventory items. Again, I am only one person (I knew I should have had more kids) so please be patient. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders. Deposits cannot be refunded after yarn and supplies have been purchased for a custom item. Since my prices are comprised from cost, I've had to pony up the other 50% as well. Shipping Policy Shipping has got to be one of the hardest things to guesstimate, and there really isn't much wiggle room. I've tried to figure out a fair range of shipping prices for each geographical area of the US. If there is a difference of a dollar or more in what was charged for shipping and what shipping actually costs, I will refund the difference via paypal. Shipping in the US should not exceed the post office's flat rate of $10.95 unless it is an unusually large or bulky order. If you are ordering a small item and the cart is trying to charge more for shipping than the item actually costs, please contact me. If you think my shipping is too high, petition the post office to lower their rates. I'll even sign it. ;)
